Coolant Temperature Sensors

The coolant temperature sensor monitors coolant temperature and then displays the measurement to the vehicle’s occupants. The engine can be in danger of damage if it operates at too high of a temperature. The coolant temperature sensor is critical to many PCM functions such as fuel injection, ignition timing, variable valve timing, and transmission shifting. Each Coolant Temperature Sensor is environmental and 100% functional tested to ensure optimum performance and durability out of the box.
